I am an Energy Coach, certified Reiki Master practitioner,  lover of Qigong, meditation, prayer, and storytelling

I came to Energy Coaching, Reiki and Qigong via millinery, solar energy and animation. 

And, I have had the immense good fortune of being placed on the same path for over 35 years with the most incredible and generous spiritual teachers and mentors of meditation, visualization, morphology, macrobiotics, reiki, qigong, and somatic story exercises

These combined systems work together beautifully to help  raise Clients' vibrations', rebalance, and self-heal. Stagnant energy can cause harm. We will coach and coax the blocked energy out, out, out! And then we will cultivate vibrant beautiful, joyful, high vibrational flow and energy!
